Our Features
As you walk through the lobby, take in the breathtaking view of the sea that is just a stone's throw away. The open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area is perfect for socializing and getting in the holiday spirit. Whether you are cooking up a storm in the kitchen or curling up with a book, our ground floor will provide a relaxing and convivial experience.
Kitchen & Dining Area
Hidden at first glance is a discreet and innovative kitchen area that is well equipped with a combination microwave/oven, refrigerator with ice box, a two ring hob and an integrated slimline dishwasher, as well as 'pop-up' facilities.' Complete with large dining table, two comfy chairs and a bench seating.
Lounge Area
We understand how important it is to feel at home when you’re away. We have created a cosy environment that caters to your every need. Our wood burner makes sure that you are always warm and toasty while you relax in our comfy seating. We also offer a Smart TV and board games for your enjoyment.
Bedrooms
The cottage has two beautifully decorated bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and a fitted double cupboard and the other with zip and link beds that can be set up as a kingsize or twin beds to suit your needs. Both bedrooms are carpeted and include side tables, lamps, and blinds to create the perfect ambiance. Linens and luxurious towels are provided, so you can simply relax and enjoy your stay.
Bathroom
Our holiday cottage boasts a spacious family bathroom with a full-size bath, overhead shower, WC, wash-basin and a heated towel rail. Also features an extractor fan.

Heevara features a small front garden and private courtyard complete with potted plants, a wall mounted washing line, bench seat, table and four chairs for outdoor socialising. Enjoy the sea view and fresh air whilst indulging in a morning coffee, Cornish afternoon cream tea or an evening aperitif before you dine. Magical!
